What To Expect
Worship
In our effort to pattern ourselves after the local churches of the 1st Century, each Sunday morning worship service includes singing, praying, teaching, communion and giving.
SINGING
Churches of the New Testament offered up praise to God through singing
Reference: Ephesians 5:19; Colossians 3:16; 1 Corinthians 14:15
PRAYING
Churches of the New Testament offered up praise to God through prayers
Reference: Acts 2:42; 1 Timothy 2:1; 2:8
TEACHING/PREACHING
Churches of the New Testament offered up praise to God, as well as edification and exhortation to each member, through teaching and preaching in the assemblies
Reference: 2 Timothy 4:2; Acts 20:7
COMMUNION (LORD’S SUPPER)
Churches of the New Testament offered up praise to God through the partaking of the bread and the cup, sometimes referred to as communion or the Lord’s Supper

GIVING
Churches of the New Testament, following the guidance of the apostles teaching, offered up praise to God through giving
